Hi Julie & Scott—
Attached is the updated site plan showing the house at a 25'front setback. I know our variance is suggesting a 20'front
setback, but we wanted to be safe to ensure the house properly fits. At 25' setback off the front lot line, it keeps the rear
of the house 21.3' off the Wetland Buffer boundary.The proposed grading elevations are also shown.
As for the mailing labels, I believe the last time we did this process we were able to pay the City to print the labels, could
we do the same thing again?
Finally, do you need hard copies of the attached site map?We can drop it off today or in the morning if you do,just let us
know.
