The following answers respond to his questions. 1. I dropped of a site plan (to Eric) that addresses Scott's question 1. below. 2. Regarding question 2 below: a. The existing gas meter shows on the SE corner of the existing home.the gas line come from the street Beach Rd. b. The water and the sewer enter the existing home from the SW and come from the street behind (w)the home. 3. I do not see reason this project would cause any changes to either of these utilities. 4. I will have to move the cable line and move from an overhead electrical line to underground electrical line. Please let me know if further information is required.
