Chris, sorry that I have missed you by phone several times. Attached is a partial copy of the survey
recently completed for the referenced matter. You will see that the setback in question pertains to the
rear 20 feet. Current setback requirements provide for a 20 foot rear setback; our building has 5.3
feet of clearance. Since this was constructed many years ago I am assuming that It is grandfathered
in. We need a letter from your office confirming that the property is not in violation as it was
constructed prior to current setback requirements. Anything you can do to process this information so
that we can have it for a closing tomorrow, September 30, would be greatly appreciated. Please call
with any questions and if I do not pick up, please have me paged. Thank you.
