Dear Eric,
We have reviewed the certificate of survey submitted for Lot 1, Palmer Station. The survey for Lot 1 is in
substantial conformance with the approved grading plan. As a condition of the permit for this lot, include the
requirement that the City be notified when the final grading of the lot is completed(before the sod is placed)
so that the grades and drainage can be confirmed before the sod is placed.
