Oak Park Heights,MN 55082 Re: Raymie Johnson Estates Townhomes Dear Eva: I was in the area of Raymie Johnson Estates on October 18th and noticed a bed mattress in the swing set,as well as a large amount of furniture, appliances and other garbage out and around the site of the playground and townhouse area. Presumably much of this was out in anticipation of being collected on the trash day, which was the following day. With this in mind, I followed up with a drive by yesterday and noticed that the mattress had been removed from the play area and that nearly all of the furniture, appliance items and extra regular trash that had been sitting out and about last week had been collected or otherwise removed. Two television sets remained sitting in front of the garage at unit 14852. This may simply be an oversight of collection practices. As of July 1, 2006 these items are considered hazardous waste collection and are not collected as part of regular trash. I have mailed a Washington County recycling and disposal brochure to the residence and have also enclosed one for your use. Of greater concern is the trailer of"stuff'in the yard at 14960 and the vehicle extending out of the garage next door. As to the vehicle, it must be enclosed within the garage and must also display current license tabs. The trailer of items does have a tarp over it and has a bed headboard/footboard next to it. The trailer is not to be parked on the yard and must be in a garage or upon another paved area. Please take a moment to survey the property for safety and sanitary issues and remedy them as needed. Please contact me should you have any questions or wish to discuss the situation.
