Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Reference: Palmer Station: Certificate of Survey Review, Lot 10 – Revised Setback Dear Eric, We have reviewed the certificate of survey submitted for Lot 10, Palmer Station (as revised with the new setback, revision date 3-2-2021, attached). The survey for Lot 10 is in substantial conformance with the approved grading plan. As a condition of the permit for this lot, include the requirement that the City be notified when the final grading of the lot is completed (before the sod is placed) so that the grades and drainage can be confirmed before the sod is placed.
