Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Re: 14269 57th Street N., Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 - Yard Maintenance Dear Mr. & Mrs. Huebscher: It was nice talking with you this afternoon, I appreciate your letting me know that Shanna Cover will be in occupancy at the home until the end of June, as it had been my understanding that the house was vacant. Per our phone conversation, I am sending you and Shanna this letter notifying you that the lawn needs to be mowed. Its current condition does constitute a violation of City Nuisance Ordinance 1109. This letter is being mailed to you and dropped off in person to Shanna Cover at the house and serves as the City's request that the lawn be mowed prior to June 1St and continue to be mowed on a regular basis, as is needed. City Staff will conduct a compliance visit on or after June 1St to verify that the maintenance has been completed and that compliance to the above request has been met.
