I have reviewed the as-built certificate for 5660 Oak Cove N; the grades shown on the as-built are in substantial
conformance with the approved certificate of survey. I visited the site and the grading appears to be consistent with the
as-built certificate.
There was a minor edit to the survey, the attached document is the final version.
