RE: Your Site—Former Ruby Tuesday—13375 60th Street—Site Conditions
The site(Former Ruby Tuesday's)located in Oak Park Heights—at 13375 60th street is in poor condition,with overgrown weeds,
trees,shrubs and damages roof screening structures. It is declared a public nuisance pursuant to City Ordinance 1109.01 (D)/
1109.03.
By a date not later than July 9th,2021 these site conditions,shall be fully addressed with:
o All grasses trimmed and weeds removed—keep in proper condition.
o Trim all trees and bushes—keep in proper condition.
o Roof screening structure repaired or replaced to proper condition—this screening is required and may not
simply be removed.
o Police and repair-all paint,siding and all exterior conditions to a sound,safe,weather-proof condition and
without peeling paint,damaged siding,broken windows,etc.
This is your 30-day notice to address these issues.As we have asked these issues to be addressed in the past with your
Real Estate Representative,but to no avail...1 am thus compelled to forward this matter to the City Attorney office on
July 12, 2021 for possible prosecution— of the OWNER -for causing such issues in our community and without
apparent regard for your property.
In addition,the City may ALSO pursue repairs and maintenance of these nuisances under its own forces and will recover all
such costs under a SPECIAL ASSESSMENT as outlined in City Ordinance 1109.07—plus all administrative fees.The City also
will not issue any building permits nor consider any subsequent plan review unless and until the site in first brought into a
condition that is not a public nuisance and is in a clean condition. A site review will be made on July 12,2021.
