Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Reference: Palmer Station: Certificate of Survey Review, Lot 8(5573 Oak Cove North) Dear Eric, The certificate of survey reviewed for the Lot 8 building permit review(dated 3/31/2021, attached), is the same survey reviewed for the recent PUD amendment. Our previous review is therefore still valid: The proposed revised concept for Lot 8 is consistent with the intent for the lot drainage indicated on the approved grading plan and the as-built site grading. As a condition of the permit for this lot, include the requirement that the City be notified when the final grading of the lot is completed (before the sod is placed)so that the grades and drainage can be confirmed before the sod is placed.
