AGREEMENT AND SWORN STATEMENT
The work for which this permit is issued shall be performed
according to: (1)the conditions of this permit;(2)the
approval plans and specifications;(3)the applicable city
approvals, Ordinances, and Codes; and,(4)the State Building
Code. This permit is for only the work described,and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which
requires separate permits. This permit will expire and become
null and void if work is not started within 180 days,or if work
is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days any time
after work has commenced. The applicant is responsible for
assuring all required inspections are requested in conformance
with the Minnesota State Building Code.

Reference: Palmer Station: Certificate of Survey Review, Lot 4
Dear Eric,
We have reviewed the certificate of survey revised 5/13/2021 for Lot 4, Palmer Station (attached). The
survey for Lot 4 is in substantial conformance with the approved grading plan. It should be noted that two of
the trees on the lot shown to be saved on the tree preservation plan,are proposed to be removed. However,
there are four trees proposed to be saved,that were originally shown to be removed. This results in a net
gain of two trees on the lot in relation to the proposed tree preservation plan. As a condition of the permit for
this lot, please include the requirement that the City be notified when the final grading of the lot is completed
(before the sod is placed)so that the grades and drainage can be confirmed before the sod is placed.
