Re: Yard Sale Operation
Please be advised that while the City of Oak Park Heights does not prohibit yard sales, they are expected to be
on an infrequent nature and typically no more than few days at a given time.
There had been an ongoing sale set up at the yard area of 1661 57th St. N.for an extended period of time.
Such sale operation duration and the continued storage of the sales items to the outdoor yard area are in
violation of City Nuisance Ordinance 1109.
Please cease the sale operation and have all of the items removed from the outside yard area by the end of
the day Sunday,August 22nd.
If,on occasion,you wish to have a yard sale,you certainly may to the extent that it is not more than a few
days and that items to the sale are not stored to the yard at the end of the day of each sale.
