Dear Mr. Hedlund:
The City of Oak Park Heights is in receipt of your application materials submitted on
September 14, 2021, for redevelopment of the property at 13961 60th Street North into a
clinic/office building for Park Dental — St. Croix Valley. The application consists of a
request for a Preliminary/Final Plat and Site Plan/Design Standards review in the B-4
Limited Business District. With this letter we are notifying you that the application is not
complete. The City will deem it complete with receipt of the following items by
September 27, 2021:
1. Provide mailing labels from Washington County within 500 feet of the subject
property.
2. Submit the Preliminary and Final Plats.
3. Provide drainage calculations and any contact you have had with the Middle St.
Croix Watershed Management Organization. (Please provide these as soon as
possible)
4. A building materials and color board will be required for the Planning
Commission meeting.
The Planning Commission would consider the application at a meeting scheduled at
6:00 PM at the Oak Park Heights City Hall on October 14, 2021.
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Sub. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is
herewith extending the period of time for agency/city review of the application for an
additional 60-day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of a complete application)
inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff
relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
