Dear Mr. Junker:
The lawn at the above-referenced property, owned by you, has been attended to for the most part;
however, for some reason there is one area at the corner of 58th St. N. and Oakgreen Ave. N. that
remains unmown.
The length of grass at this corner is such that it is in violation of City Nuisance Ordinance 1109.
As the owner of the property, you are responsible to ensure that the property is maintained and in
compliance with City Ordinances.
This letter serves as the City's request for Ordinance compliance by abatement of the nuisance
through yard maintenance action.
Please mow the lawn area at the corner of 58th St. N. and Oakgreen Ave. N., including the right
of way areas no later than October 31, 2021.
