Dear Mr. Phillips,
As you are aware,you were granted a variance for the reconstruction of a home as a pre-
existing, non-conforming use in the present zone it was located. Conditions were set that this
be completed no later than July 1, 2006. Per our conversation about a month ago, I requested
that you complete the stairs and handrails to the basement, and call for a final inspection.
Thank you for meeting my request and I shall have a Certificate of Occupancy issued with
conditions that your driveway and all landscaping be completed no later than May 31, 2009 as
required per Zoning Ordinance 401.15.E.7.
