Council set two alternative workshop dates either at 5:00 p.m. before the re cit council meetin on Au 28th or at 5:00 p.m. before the re Stillwater Area School Board Meetin on September 14th. Councilmember Robert said she felt the information received from the School District at this point was inade for makin an decisions. Robertson asked for direction re treatment of the School District as a developer in terms of pa the normal fees for use of Cit consultant's time. Council was in consensus that the School District should be treated the same as an other propert developer and should be re to pa the normal fees to the Cit Councilmember Robert stated that she wanted more detail on the number and place of fields the school would be needin for park purposes and the price of those fields. Councilmember Schaaf said that he sees the concept of collaboration as a g ood one and that for this upcomin meetin with the school board, the Cit should also be comin up with a concept of what the would like to see in a joint effort. I Councilmember Schaaf noted that the Cit y earl y seemed to g rant mone to Watershed Mana Or for one t of stud or another and re that a line item be put in the 1.996 Bud for this. Fire Substation - Cost Estimates - Councilmember Kern, seconded b Swenson moved to approve a $750.00 stud b Northwest Associated Consultants, Inc. to anal the various locations for a fire substation in Oak Park Hei said stud to be presented to the council at its re scheduled meetin on September 25, 1995. Carried 5-0. ProQosed Haa A ddition. Developer's A - Councilmember Schaaf, seconded b Swenson moved to authorize approval of the Haase Developer's A Carried 5-0. Strate Planning Retreat - Jim Brime - Council directed Robertson to conve to Brime that the council wished the meetin to focus strate plannin purposes but would not be workin on a mission statement as the Vision Committee have alread completed that information.
