AGREEMENT AND SWORN STATEMENT
The work for which this permit is issued shall be performed
according to: (1)the conditions of this permit;(2)the
approval plans and specifications;(3)the applicable city
approvals,Ordinances,and Codes;and,(4)the State Building
Code.This permit is for only the work described,and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which
requires separate permits.This permit will expire and become
null and void if work is not started within 180 days,or if work
is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days any time
after work has commenced. The applicant is responsible for
assuring all required inspections are requested in conformance
with the Minnesota State Building Code.

Re: Rental Property Permits @ 15225 64th St. N.
Dear Mrs. Torgerson:
I am writing to let you know that I recently visited the above-referenced address
upon request for final inspection of the handicap ramp (Permit No. 2005-00224).
While I was there, I noticed that the porch addition, for which permit BP-96-00357,
was issued on May 6, 1996 was yet without handrails and guardrails. Please be
advised that this permit has expired and that the handrails and guardrails remain
needed as per adopted construction code requirements.
At this time, I must ask that you submit permit application for the placement of the
handrails and guardrails to the front porch and stairway. Compliance to these
corrections are to be made within 30 days of the date of this letter. I have enclosed
a permit application for your convenience. After a permit has been applied for,
issued and the work performed, you or your contractor should call 651-351-1661 to
schedule a final inspection of this project.
Please be reminded that because this property is not owner occupied, Minnesota
State Law requires that the work be performed by a licensed contractor; verification
of which will be required by the City with the permit application.
Please contact me if should you have any questions. Thank you for your prompt
attention to this safety issue.
