CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST FOR VARIANCE
The City of Oak Park Heights will hold a Public Hearing on
Monday, September 11, 1995 at 7 :30 P.M. at ,Oak Park Heights City
Hall at 14168 North 57th Street to discuss a request by Douglas &
Jody Carlson of 6218 Peabody Avenue North for a variance from the
rear yard setback.
The requested variance is for a proposed 16 x 30 foot addition
which would be constructed approximately 15 feet from the rear
property line .
All who wish to comment are asked to attend and be heard.
