RE: Yard Waste Bag at Paris Ave. N.
Dear Laurie:
There is a yard waste bag and tarp with what appears to be construction material placed at the curb
of your home. This material has been in place over the winter months and needs to be removed now
that the snow and ice have melted, allowing the material to be moved.
Outside of presenting a safety hazard, this accumulation of rubbish is a violation of City Nuisance
Ordinance 1109.03. A full copy of Ordinance 1109 is enclosed.
Please clean up the site and contact your hauler to have it collected no later than Friday, April 15,
2022.
