Attached are copies of our report on the Krongard variance request.
Staff and applicant copies have been mailed direct. We are relying on
you to distribute copies to the Mayor and City Council.
Unless there is some unexpected opposition to this request, we assume
the Council will approve the natter. Should the applicant wish to
proceed with this project fairly rapidly, he should be advised to
prepare a certificate of survey dining the lots and file for a
resubdivision.
As I will be out of the office next week, Al Brixius or Steve Grittman
should be contacted on this matter.
