Action Requested See Below
Background/Justification (Please indicate if any previous action has been taken or if other public
bodies have advised):
Stillwater Motors will be hosting a 100 Year Celebration Event on June 91 , 2022 and is seeking to provide more
than one food truck as it can be reasonably anticipated that the "general public" may be present.
Please see the enclosed submission outlining the event, layout of vendors, tents and anticipated times. There is
no alcohol planned, Event will end at 7 pm+/- and lies entirely in a commercial district. The application was
received in late April – not quite 60 days for the more than one food truck parameter as outlined in 1401.02 D. i.
However, there was adequate time for review. Staff has no immediate concerns with the proposal but would note
in any final documentation that the Applicant – beyond these Staff does certainly recommend approval:
1. Be prepared for heat and other emergency medical services
2. Ensure signage for egress and ingress is adequate.
3. Ensure all food vendors are licensed by the State or County.
4. Work with Police Chief Hansen if any issues are anticipated.
