Please see the enclosed submission outlining the event, layout of vendors, tents and anticipated times. There is no alcohol planned, Event will end at 7 pm+/- and lies entirely in a commercial district. The application was received in late April – not quite 60 days for the more than one food truck parameter as outlined in 1401.02 D. i. However, there was adequate time for review. Staff has no immediate concerns with the proposal but would note in any final documentation that the Applicant – beyond these Staff does certainly recommend approval: 1. Page 15 of 54 Narrative: The event is our 1001h Anniversary outdoor Celebration as a Raduenz Family owned dealership. Stillwater Motors has been a mainstay in Stillwater/Oak Park Heights/Bayport/Lake Elmo for 100 years! We are a 4 generation Roduenz family-owned business; 2 generations currently run the dealership!! We are planning a Carnival Themed - Baseball, Hot Dogs, Apple Pie and Chevrolet outdoor celebration in our parking lot. We will have food, games, a band, a car show, as well as a few booths promoting Conservation, Recycling, Green Energy awareness. 1. Thursday, June 9, 2022 from 4-7 pm. 2. Band hours: 4-7 pm. 3. Food trucks: 2-6 depending on availability of vendors. 4. Vendors - Sustain Stillwater and Wild Rivers Conservancy and perhaps 2 more will have informational/educational displays - no selling/swapping will take place. 5.
