The following are your comments and our disposition to those comments. l Provide a plan showing access to the new roadway to the south of the site. Response: We have included an exhibit overlaying the proposed Pope yes Site Plan onto the new roadway plan. Z. Provide a plan for the monument sign.The square footage of each of the proposed signs shall be noted on the plans.The sign plan exceeds the allowable number of signs per elevation, Staff will provide comment on which signs lhatare recommended for elimination. Response: Attached,sign area is 3.75 square feet each side. � Indicate if the building design will shield all mechanical units to be placed on the roof. Response: Yes,building design shields mechanical roof units. 4 Provide elevation plans for the proposed trash enclosure. Response: Exterior elevations hove been attached. 5. Provide plans for the drive thru order boards. Response: Refer to attached Menu Sign Details sheet for drive-thru details. Response: Noted The planting detail diagrams have been added to the landscape plan. 7 Provide a calculation of the glass percentage for each facade of the building. Response: Glass percentage for each elevation is as follows: • Drive'7hnx:2.5% • Front:28.4% • Rear:0.8% • Entrance Side:22.0% 8. The proposed globe lighting fixtur swi|| notmeet[ity/uUcu\o#standa/ds.P|easepruvidean alternative light fixture. Response: Globe lights will be removed from design. 9. Provide additional detail on the utility plan including connections to water and sewer. Response: Additional notes have been provided at the water and sanitary connections on the utility plan. 10, Provide building material samples for the Planning Commission meeting.
