Bergman and Chase Bank are pleased to attend the meeting on May 25th,2022 at City Hall 14168 Oak Park Blvd North Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 at 12:00 Noon. In response to your outlined requests: 1. Provide mailing labels from Washington County within 500 feet of the subject property. RE: Labels Have been requested and will be delivered to Julia Hultman at 14168 Oak Park Blvd North Oak Park Heights, MN 55082. 2. Provide detailed specifications for freestanding and wall mounted light fixtures. RE:Cut sheets will be provided. 3. Consider replacement of the existing ash trees on site and updates to existing landscaping. RE: Both the Bergmann AOR and Chase Bank PM are open to the request and look forward to discussing this with you in person. 4. Consider repairs to the surface of the parking lot. RE: Per Keynote (I/C4-0 Site Plan) It is in the scope of the project to repair mill and overlay the existing parking lot as well as make repair to any existing or deteriorated curbing inside the defined scope of work area. 5. RE: Per Keynote Provide building material samples for the Planning Commission meeting. RE:Samples will be provided. We look forward to meeting in person.
