Subject: Re: Flea Market - Special Event permit
Hi Julie,
Yes, the landlord knows and no other businesses are open on Sunday in our building except Fluid next to us and they
participate and are closed by 10am.
We will run 10-4 and no music or food trucks. Just our permanent vendors bringing things outdoors.
Visitor parking will be in our lot. We don't anticipate this to be a large attendance:) just our regulars. Definitely under 20
parking spots at a time.
Hope that helps :)
Hope you are well:)

Hi Kelly,
I received the special event permit tat was dropped off this past Friday.
It looks like you plan to have the area from your store entry, out to the grass area at the parking lot
utilized for the 8 tents.
Are the other businesses on this side closed on Sunday?
o- Has the landlord approved the closure of this area and parking lot use? Please provide that.
r How many parking spaces are being utilized?
v What is the plan for visitor parking? None should be along the roadway at Memorial.
A Music or foodtrucks part of the event?
What window of time is the flea market proposed to run?
Thanks
