Hi Julie,
I have reviewed the as -built certificate for 5654 Oak Cove N; the grades shown on the as -built are in substantial
conformance with the approved certificate of survey.
The City was not alerted to the timing of the sod installation on the lot, which has already occurred. Therefore, there was
no visit to the site to confirm that the actual grading appears to be consistent with the as -built certificate prior to installation
of the sod.

Reference: Palmer Station: Certificate of Survey Review, Lot 4
Dear Eric,
We have reviewed the certificate of survey revised 5/13/2021 for Lot 4, Palmer Station (attached). The
survey for Lot 4 is in substantial conformance with the approved grading plan. It should be noted that two of
the trees on the lot shown to be saved on the tree preservation plan, are proposed to be removed. However,
there are four trees proposed to be saved, that were originally shown to be removed. This results in a net
gain of two trees on the lot in relation to the proposed tree preservation plan. As a condition of the permit for
this lot, please include the requirement that the City be notified when the final grading of the lot is completed
(before the sod is placed) so that the grades and drainage can be confirmed before the sod is placed.
