Beginning at an iron port monument on the West line of said Govt. Lot 4, said monu-
ment being 405 feet north of the southwest corner of said Govr. Lot 4; thence North along
said west line 90 feet to an iron post monument; thence East on a line parallel to and
495 feet north of the south line of said Govt. Lot 4 to the westerly right-of-way line of
the public road, formerly Minnesota State Highway No. 212; thence Southerly along said
right-of-way line to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to and 405 feet north of
the south line of said Govt. Lot 4; thence West in a straight line to the point of beginning;
Together with and subject to a Driveway Easement on and over the 8-foot concrete
driveway located and constructed upon the premises above described and upon the following
described real estate adjoining the tract above described, to-wit:

The premises herein conveyed is subject to the restriction that the top of the basement
of any residence constructed thereon shall not exceed by more than three (3) feet the
top of the basement of the residence located to the north and abutting the tract herein
conveyed.
