Ave. but aremoving forward with asale to Washington County they indicatethat the County’s offer was ”higher”; Staff will seek a copy
of the final sale documentation once these become public.
4.On Wednesday, Chief Hansen, Mayor McComber, Jenni Pinskiand I did attend the 7-year “check-in” discussionwith the members of
the 4 community “fire dept” partnership. Essentially, much of it was a general “call” update. However, the conversation then pivoted to
comments byBayport that they would liketo initiate discussions to address concerns they are having with their costs. Theparties
generally felt that a discussion would at least be reasonable, but that Bayport is to provide a memo to the members framing the context
of such aplanned discussionfor each todetermine if such scope possible or if they would like to add its own issue to the discussion
parameters. No commitments were made. I expect to have this MEMO for the Council on 11/23
