Re: Storage and Parking Upon Yard Areas & Retaining Wall
Dear Mr. Wilson:
We have discussed exterior storage to the yard area as far back as 2012. Your yard area again has
numerous vehicle/trailers placed upon both the front and rear yard areas.
Please be advised that City Ordinance 401.15.F.6. requires that vehicles shall be parked in a garage, car port, or
on a defined driveway leading directly into a garage or car port constructed of concrete, asphalt, cobblestone, or
paving block. Parking of vehicles, including boats and trailers shall not be upon the yard area.
This letter serves as the City's request for City Ordinance compliance. Compliance shall be made by
removal of vehicles, trailers, boat and other similar items from your yard area and relocation of them to your
garage, driveway or parking pad or off site.
Kindly have the vehicles relocated prior to Monday, November 28, 2022. A compliance check will be
made on November 28, 2022.
Additionally, a good portion of the shared retaining wall that you and your neighbor are working on is
done, please make plans to have the full wall completed and all debris from the project cleared up by
June 30, 2023.
