With this letter we are notifying you that the application is not complete. The City will deem it complete with receipt of the following items by November 16, 2022: 1. The City will require the standard variance fee of$400.00 for two variances and a $1,000.00 escrow fee. In that you have submitted $150.00, please submit an additional $1,250.00. 2. Provide a stormwater drainage plan done by an engineer that demonstrates the net increase of water and any impacts to adjacent properties. 3. Provide a utility plan showing water and sewer connections. Staff has reviewed your application and would invite you to a meeting to discuss your request at 10:30 AM, November 16, 2022, at the Oak Park Heights City Hall. If the materials are submitted as requested, the application would be considered at a public hearing of the Planning Commission on December 8, 2022. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Sub. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency/city review of the application for an additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of a complete application) inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
