PLAN change. This may pass or fail when only 3 members are present of the Council constituting a quorum – but in rd that case it must be unanimous (100%) of those present… not 2/3(66.6%). 4.If you did not notice it quite yet..Bremer Bank has closed their office in OPH. The City will need to check in with the Owner to get the facility clean-up from the old sign debris and to ensure thelighting on the sign s in compliance. Chase Bank is on the opposite end—looking to open very soon – near Kowalski’s. Other Items: Information on the planned LMC Insurance Dividend for 2022 - $14,858. We understand overall claims were down from 2021. See the enclosed report.Last year’s dividend was about $22,000, but that can also relate to the previous year’s insurance rates being higher. Either-way it is good to get some $$$ back! An anticipated - every three years the City must submita PAY EQUITY report that compares positions and their comparative scope with possible differentiation based on gender. Except for – I believe 2017 – the City has been in 100% compliance - in 2017 there was a slight hourly wage adjustment for the Accountant II and Receptionist - +/- $0.80 hour. This will of course be submitted prior to st Jan 31, 2023. There has been flooding on the rinks and PW Staff is plowing …and plowing… Mayor McComber Provided: 1.NLC Updates for 12/10,12 & 13 2.SPAAR Updates on Local Housing market 1 of 22 12 December 2022 To:Eric Johnson City of Oak Park Heights 14168 Oak Park Boulevard Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Re:Planning Commissioner Appointment Dear Eric, st Regrettably, I must tender my resignation to the OakPark Heights Planning Commission effective on the 1of January.
