In practice, this may reduce costs for developers and paved areas – per se. Many communities are considering this. 3.The CIty has permitted a dog to remain in the CIty under a POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOG definition, largely because such owner has stated that he has nowhere to take it.So, please see the enclosed letter and agreement with conditions. 4.The City has provided comments to the Valley Branch Watershed District on the recent proposed rule changes. Thank you to the CIty Engineer for outlining these! 5.Staff hopes to facilitate ameeting with FURY, Bob Brackey and the Kowalski’s Building Owner to discuss options for how all these parties may envision addressing long-term access issues to thth NEAL AVE, as well 60Street and 58 Street. 6.Mayor McComber and Council Member Dougherty were appointed to the XCEL ENERGY –KING PLANT STAKEHOLDER MEETINGS as outlined in the MN PUC- IRP th Process.
