The application consists of requests for prelim |norv/fina| plat, Site plan and Design Guidelines review With this letter, we are notifying you that your application will be deemed complete with receipt Of the following items by May 19. 2010. If the materials are not submitted by that date, the application will be deemed iDCOnlp|ehe and not accepted by the City. 1. Provide an ownership and encumbrance report as re b the Cit Attorne 2. Provide an additional $200.00 for the preliminary/final p|oi application. With the submittal, $200.00 was provided for a minor subdivision. The fee for major subdivision is $400.00. 3.
