I do have a few questions as follows: - Item #2 On the trail easements, I spoke with my surveyor and he stated that per statute (505.021, Subd. 7), we cannot create or dedicate any easement except for drainage and/or utility on our preliminary and final plats. Thus in order to accomplish the trail easement we would have to do a separate easement description and have that document recorded immediately following the plat. Will this be acceptable to the City of Oak Park Heights? - In addition what number of copies will be required for this resubmittal? Being that these changes are only on 3 sheets of the plans (prelim and final plat sheets and building elevations) do you need 4 large and 20 11x17 full plan sets again or just revised sheets? I will submit cd's again as well. Please let me know and we will get you the necessary copies including the items outlined in your letter prior to Tuesday May 25th Any information on the above would be appreciated and we will get this information back to you asap.
