Dear Mr. Lancaster :
As attorney for the City of Oak Park Heights, I
have been instructed by the Mayor and City Council to advise
you as to what disposition has been made of the items set
forth in your letter of October 26, 1978, as a result of a
meeting held on October 30, 1978, at which meeting Mr. Norris
Swager and Mr. Jack Lux of the Oak Park Development Company
were present.
As I understand it, the City Council and Financial
Properties are in agreement as to Item #1 of your letter, that
being the erection of a six foot screen fence.
In regard to Items #2, #4 and #6, the requests of
Midwest Planning have been waived.
The City Council will require, as to Item #3 - TBA
parking stalls, that a physical divider be placed between the
TBA parking stalls and the perimeter drive isle.
We understand you will comply with the request in
regard to Item ##5 - Traffic flow direction.
We trust the City Council can look forward to your
proceeding as soon as your schedule permits . If there should
