White Castle (Oak Park Heights) Landscape Plan
1 have reviewed the revised landscape plan for the proposed White Castle restaurant in Oak Park Heights (still dated
5/4/10) and it looks good.
The recommendations made to improve the plan and the longevity of plant material have been included. Red pine have
replaced Scots pine, the shrub plantings have been grouped for a more attractive look, the instructions about removing
the top two rungs of any wire basket on root ball have been added to the "Landscape Notes" and the evergreens have
been planted in a larger tree lawn area to accommodate their larger root systems. The plan is acceptable from my
perspective.
