Based on actual field conditions, helical piles may be installed instead of push piers. If differing project conditions are encountered, IBA field personal shall notify Engineering Department immediately for resolution. Unless determined by a site specific soil boring and laboratory soils anlysis, the bearing capacity (net allowable soil pressure) referenced in the first page of this report is based on our experience with soils in the project area as well as the "Presumptive Load -Bearing Values" as outlined in the current Residential Code. It should be noted that subsurface conditions can vary across the site due to natural occurence or because of construction, clearing, tilling, or cut and grading operations.
