The application is deemed incomplete. The City may deem it complete with receipt of the following items by July 26, 2023. 1. Has Washington County approved the site plan with the two access points? 2. A photometric plan and lighting specifications for the proposed lights including all parking lot and wall fixtures shall be required. 3. Provide details on any proposed wall and freestanding signage. 4. Provide a plan for roof or ground mounted mechanical equipment screening. 5. Provide a plan for trash and recycling. 6. A building materials board will be required for the Planning Commission meeting. We invite you and your representatives to a meeting with City Staff to discuss this application on July 26, 2023, 10:30 A.M. at City Hall. Please confirm your ability to attend. If all the application materials are submitted as requested, the Planning Commission would consider the application at a meeting scheduled for August 10, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council chambers. If recommended by the Planning Commission that Tim Siegfried July 20, 2023 evening, the City Council will review the application at their meeting scheduled for August 22, 2023. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Sub. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency/city review of the application for an additional 60-day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of a complete application) inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
