Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Re: Parking Pads Hi Josh: It was nice meeting you, when I visited for your roofing inspection. We talked a bit about parking pads and City Ordinance that prohibits trailers and other vehicles to be parked upon the yard area. To this end, please see the enclosed information with regard to parking pad placement. Should you opt to have a pad placed at some time, please note that city permit with a site plan for the proposed pad is required. Parking pads are currently a flat rate permit fee of $50. Contractors hired to install the pad are required to have a license, issued for their trade, by the appropriate licensing authority. Give a shout if you think you might want to pursue a pad installation and/or have any questions. Take Care, PLANNING & CODE ENFORCEMENT J e Hultman Bi it ing Official Enclosure Tree City U.S.A.
