The City will deem it complete with receipt of the following items by December 26, 2023: 1. Please clarify the lot size of Block 1, Lot 1 Brackey Fifth Addition. 2. The maximum width of a curb cut is allowed at 24 feet. The site plan should be revised. 3. Provide stormwater calculations for the site. 4. Provide an elevation plan for the trash enclosure. 5. The maximum height of a light fixture from the ground level to the top of the fixture is 25 feet. Please clarify the total height of the proposed fixtures. 6. Provide a plan for enclosing all exterior mechanical equipment, if required. 7. Reference and include the requirements of Section 1307 of the City Code related to landscaping. Clarify the plant schedule so that it matches the landscape plan. 8. Provide a building materials board for review by the Planning Commission and City Council. Luke Brodeur December 20, 2023 If all of the application materials are submitted as requested, the Planning Commission would consider the application at a meeting scheduled for January 11, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council chambers. If recommended by the Planning Commission that evening, the City Council will review the application at their meeting scheduled for January 23, 2024. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Sub. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency/city review of the application for an additional 60-day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of a complete application) inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
