PUBLIC HEARING
ON AN APPLICATION FOR A
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT—GENERAL PLAN,
FINAL PLAT FOR BRACKEY FIFTH ADDITION,AND
CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
TO ALLOW AUTO REPAIR-MINOR
AND
TO ALLOW TWO WALL SIGNS PER BUILDING FACADE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City
of Oak Park Heights,Washington County,Minnesota shall hold a public
hearing,at the direction of the City Administrator,upon the application of
Luke Brodeur of Jarman Development for a Planned Unit Development-
General Plan, Final Plat for Brackey Fifth Addition,and Conditional Use
Permits to allow auto repair-minor and to allow two wall signs per building
façade for Take 5 Oil Change,located at 60th St.N.&Kruger Ln.,N.City of
Oak Park Heights,County of Washington and State of Minnesota,legally
described as follows:
Legal Description: Outlot A,Brackey Fourth Addition

The public hearing shall be held before the Planning Commission on
Thursday,January 11,2024,at 6:00 o'clock p.m.at the Oak Park Heights
City Hall,14168 Oak Park Blvd.N.,Oak Park Heights,MN 55082.All writ-
ten and oral comments will be considered.
Review of the findings and recommendation of the Planning Commis-
sion is anticipated to be held by the City Council on Tuesday,January 23,
2024,at 6:00 o'clock p.m.at the Oak Park Heights City Hall.
