The City received your application on April 8, 2024,for the Conditional Use Permit to allow for a detached garage in
the front yard setback at 6320 Lookout Trail. A Conditional Use Permit shall also be required for the size of the
garage. The combined size of the garage(980 sq ft)and the attached garage (441 sq ft)totals 1,421 sq feet which is
more than the maximum of 1,200 sq ft provided in the Zoning Ordinance.
To move the application forward to a public hearing on May 9, 2024,we will need the survey for the property by
April 17, 2024. Please let us know if that is going to be an issue.
