With regard to Raymie Johnson Estates, please be advised that the Hi-Rise apartment and
Townhome use is located within the R-3, Multiple Family Zoning District,which allows medium to
high density in multiple family structures and directly related, complementary uses,as regulated
by City Zoning Ordinance 401.
Raymie Johnson complied with the applicable Codes and Ordinances in place at the time of its
construction. Permits for work improvements to date have been satisfied and found in compliance
with the Code in place at the time of the improvement permit issuance.
Per property file review, Certificate of Occupancy was issued for the Hi Rise Apartment Building at
14830 58th St. N. on January 30, 1980 and for the 24 Townhome units on September,26, 1979.
I was unable to locate record,within City files that indicated variance, conditional use or special
use permits for the construction of Raymie Johnson Estates or for its improvement. I encourage
you to checked with Washington County for any recorded documents pertaining to the
development.
