To Whom It May Concern:
As per our conversation, about this time last year, City trash and recycling services changes
January 1, 2023. You need to contact Tennis Sanitation at 651-459-1887 to arrange collection of
yard waste.
There are several bags of yard waste placed at 57th St., west of the driveway. The pile is
currently a violation of City Nuisance Ordinance 1109.03, as it has been sitting as such for more
than one week.
Please contact Tennis Sanitation to arrange for the collection of your yard waste and continue to
do so from hereon. Continued violation is a citable offense and may result in citation.
Please make arrangement to have the pile of yard waste removed asap, but no later than Friday,
June 14, 2024.
