FILE NO: 236.02 — 24.01 Dear Mr. Larson: The City received your application materials on May 13, 2024 for Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Subdivision, Conditional Use Permit, and Design Guidelines/Site Plan review for a review of a proposed multi-unit apartment building on 58th Street, to the west of Menards. The application is deemed complete. The City further reserves the right to request additional supplementary information. We note the following with the materials and traffic study as submitted: 1. The traffic information that has been provided is adequate for review by the City Engineer. 2. The City Attorney has reviewed the Supplemental Agreement, dated March 9, 2004 and has determined that the project can move forward without any amendments. 3. Please provide a list by May 29, 2024 of any changes to the plans that have been made since the first application was provided 2022. 4. There is another Oak Park Heights Apartments in the City. So there is no confusion for emergency vehicles, please provide an alternative name. If the materials are submitted as requested, the Planning Commission would consider the application at a meeting scheduled for June 13, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. in the City Hall Council chambers. If recommended by the Planning Commission that evening, the City Council will review the application at their meeting scheduled for June 25, 2024. Jeremy Larson Page 2 May 22, 2024 Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Sub. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency/city review of the application for an additional 60 day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of a complete application) inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
