There were no SAC due discrepancies found. There is 1 building demolition that have not been reported on the SAC-D Demolition Declaration form previously.All full building demolitions connected to sewer are required to be properly reported in order for there to be SAC credit for a new use on the site, even if SAC was originally paid.When a new use permit is issued for these sites,the new use must also be reported and include the corresponding demolition credit.A copy of this letter with your current month's SAC activity report and the completed SAC-D form will need to be remitted with your next SAC report as all previous reporting periods have closed.
