There were no SAC due discrepancies found. There is 1 building demolition that have not been reported on the SAC-D Demolition Declaration form previously.All full building demolitions connected to sewer are required to be properly reported in order for there to be SAC credit for a new use on the site, even if SAC was originally paid.When a new use permit is issued for these sites,the new use must also be reported and include the corresponding demolition credit.A copy of this letter with your current month's SAC activity report and the completed SAC-D form will need to be remitted with your next SAC report as all previous reporting periods have closed. It is: • Permit#2023-00433,dated 11/16/23,for a single family home located at 15222 62nd St N It should be noted that per SAC procedures: • Anytime a new use is established on the property,or if there is a tenant build-out in a speculative building,even if no SAC is due,when a permit is issued for the project the change of use should be reported to Metropolitan Council with the regular SAC reporting. The permit number and issue date can be written on the MCES determination letter (or attach a copy of the building permit along with a copy of the MCES determination letter)and submitted with the SAC-A form. Report the demo with your current months demolition SAC-D form. Enter the actual demo permit issue date in the demo issue permit spot but the top part with the city name would be with your current reporting period and include any other demolitions.
