Reference: Croixview Holdings—As-Built Plan Review
Dear Jacob:
As requested, we have reviewed the as-built grading and utility plans dated November 5, 2024 regarding
the proposed Office/Warehouse building. Following are our comments:
Sheet C1 — Record Grading Plan
1. Provide as-built contours in critical areas, including the swales along the northerly and westerly
property lines, and the rainwater gardens.
2. Provide as-built information for the underground TDA (tire-derived aggregate) infiltration basin to
show it meets the design footprint and volume.
Sheet C2— Record Utilities & Stormwater Plan
1. The constructed sewer service alignment differs from the design alignment and includes two
cleanouts. Please provide the coordinate of the cleanout closest to the city sewer connection. The
cleanout is on a grassy slope and could be difficult to locate in the future.
2. Provide documentation of the Minnesota State Plumbing Board's review of the TDA infiltration
basin for the City's files.
