Hi Tim,
The 2016 permit issued notes a 10x12 shed. Your notes is less than 120 sq.,so we can count that as a shed allowed to
be in excess of the number structures allowed by City Ordinance 401.15.D.5.
It would appear that you could potentially add a second storage shed up to 320 sq feet, presuming all other conditions
are met
• Height shall not exceed 20-feet
• Structure shall be 5-feet or more from side yard lot line.
• Structure shall be 8-feet or more from rear yard lot line.
• Structure shall be 6-feet or more from any other buildings or structures upon the lot.
• No more than 25%of the rear yard shall be occupied by accessory structures.
• Structure shall be compatible with the principle building in quality and exterior materials used.
Your note sates placement to the trees opposite the existing shed. Are you referring to the opposite side of the yard
(garage side of your home)?
In any case it looks like you should be okay to plan for a second one. Shoot me your permit,site plan and details when
you have them ready.
