Consider present and future land uses by the cities of Bayport, Oak Park Heights,
and Baytown Township
Issues, 1. Vacant land left to develop -- zoned for ????
2, Redevelopment potential
3. Identify major employers -- expansions in labor or physical space
programmed? (e.g. commercial strip along TH 36, St. Croix Mall, othzrs)
4. Changes programmes! as a result of the new Stillwat.r Ii-ldv : ii
and TH 36 realignment?
5. Institutional Uses
6. Geographical/state jurisdictional barriers
7. Tax Base -- growth comparison between Baypoil/01'-H
I will be contacting a representative front each jurisdiction to sei u, a meeting to di.s':io"•.
