Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Re: Outside Storage and Vehicles Dear Mr. Andrews: Please be reminded that: 1. Tire displays and other temporary advertising/outside storage items are to be kept within the business structure, unless you have obtained a special event permit for their display. As of today, you have two racks of tires at the end of the site access to the east. Please pull these racks into the interior of the business structure. 2. You are expected to maintain vehicle parking at your site for customer service work only, with good faith customer service work orders, and that you adhere to the 72 hour parking regulation, as well as the regulations requiring current licensure and valid annual tabs. Please be reminded that in no case shall vehicles considered to be non-operable,partially dismantled or junked and/or being used for parts, remain on site for any period longer than 72 hours, unless they are within an enclosed building. 3. Lastly, that the outside storage containers, which are presently in violation of City Ordinance requirements, are to be removed not later than June 1st, 2008. As has been advised, you may apply and potentially secure a Conditional Use Permit for these but this is a process that you must proactively pursue. The above information was relayed to you in my September 17, 2007 communication to you. With this letter you are being requested to move the tire racks to the interior of the business structure and to remove all vehicles being stored and not being held with good faith customer service work orders for them. Tree City U.S.A. - The tire racks and vehicles are to be moved no later than 4:30 p.m., December 20, 2007. After this date and time, the site will be checked for compliance. If it is not found to be in compliance the matter will be forwarded to the Police Department for citation. Contact me immediately should you have any questions regarding this request.
