Work may not commence until required permits are issued from CCLD and required approvals are obtained from the local municipality. Reports/ Logs: Copies of all applicable required third -party inspection reports and/or observation logs must be submitted to the Building Official as soon as they are completed for code review and record purposes. 3. Materials and Equipment: Construction materials and equipment in use or stored must be placed and organized so as not to endanger the public, workers, or adjoining properties. 4. Signage: All required signs must be installed prior to final inspection. Signs must be constructed of durable materials, permanently installed and readily visible. 5. Mechanical Verification: Final Mechanical/HVAC/Electrical Systems Commissioning. All new mechanical and electrical systems installed as part of this building project must be final commissioned and/or tested and adjusted to assure proper function and performance and to ensure that control elements are calibrated and are in proper working condition. Systems, components, equipment, and interfaces between systems must function and conform as required within the construction documents and pursuant to the code.
